The Perfect Pokémon Tales: Z-A Mega Evolution According to Your Astrological Sign

This return of Mega Evolutions in Pokémon Legends: Z-A has ignited widespread excitement across the fandom. Starting with the one-by-one unveiling of fresh additions before the game's release, to trainers developing strong opinions on the entire roster of Mega Evolutions, there's plenty for enthusiasts to look forward to.

Given many of the Super Forms showcasing distinctive designs that emphasize their traits, one thought came to mind: How can link this with astrology? This list is based on a blend of vibes, sign stereotypes, and individual observations.

Aries – Mega Camerupt

To be truthful, Houndoom was almost selected for Aries, as both are the Super Form and zodiac symbol that evoke the greatest apprehension. But, a Mega Houndoom comes across as constantly angry, which doesn't match the Ram's energy, renowned for being playful, cheerful, and impulsive. That's why the Ram much more akin to Mega Camerupt, which solely spews lava when provoked. Remain on the good side of both and enjoy a strong partner; should you offend them, be ready to get burned.

The Bull – Super Heracross

Similar to a loyal Taurus, the steadfast Heracross species, both in its standard and Super Form, has aided numerous trainers in Legends: Z-A. Though trustworthy, both the creature and a Taurus are also Fighting types, and – whether it's their trainer or a firm belief – will stand up for their side to the end. What about Super Heracross that reminds me most of my Taurus friends, though, is its unabashed passion for snacks. Several past official descriptions mention their fondness for tasty tree sap and how it employs its appendage to hoard it everything, which is true Taurus energy.

Gemini – Mega Medicham

Observe this absolute queen. It's impossible to convince me this creature is not the soul of every party, offering an endless fountain of gossip to anyone who wants to listen. Much like an enrapturing, sociable Gemini, it's incredibly simple to envision Mega Medicham mesmerizing an entire open area with their stories. Medicham’s Pokédex entry also mentions its capacity to predict an enemy’s future actions, which seems very like a people-smart Gemini.

Cancer – Mega Manectric

Cancer is commonly considered as the most sensitive sign of the astrological wheel, a passionate sign known for often becoming wrapped up in their emotions. According to the Pokédex, Mega Evolution charges the Pokémon with a “huge amount of electricity, but it's too much for this Pokémon to fully manage,” which sounds a lot like a classic Crab crash-out. It is also recognized for its capability to make a storm cloud over its own self – and if there’s one thing a Crab is going to do, it’s spoil their own parade.

Leo – Super Starmie

Oh, did you assume I was planning to pick the lion Pokémon for the king of the zodiac? Aside from the reality that it would be much too obvious, The Lion is clearly Mega Starmie, the star whose gams just went viral for being extremely glamorous (or horrifying, depending on your preference). Players were captivated from the violet starfish, and that’s exactly the identical vibe a Lion brings to the table. Starmie is also rumored to be transmitting radio waves from its center out into the cosmos, and it’s just like a Lion to be staging a show, even if for extraterrestrials.

Virgo – Super Victreebel

The ever-prepared and constantly-worried Maiden is perfectly encapsulated in Mega Victreebel, the Super Form with perpetual acid reflux. The sign known for being charmingly critical is strongly reflected across this creature's whole evolutionary chain, from a perpetually surprised expression like a Maiden when you tell them you lack a 401(k), to its inverted visage that’s just like the emoji a Maiden posts to the chatroom when all says they want to “go with the flow” rather than making a strategy.

Libra – Super Audino

Look at this sweet, sensitive being, who uses the feelers on its auditory organs to detect how people are emotionally by their pulse. Consistently compassionate – sometimes to a fault – and striving to maintain the peace, there are numerous Libras who would probably benefit from Super Audino's abilities. Though, to be frank, it would likely just make them worry even more about everyone else.

The Scorpion – Mega Banette

This Ghost-type is a Pokémon with a surprisingly tragic origin: Discarded as a toy, it gained sentient through sheer resentment and vowed retribution on its former owner. Per the official info, Super Evolution, “enhances its spitefulness.” That sounds precisely like many conversations I’ve had with my intense Scorpion friends. A Scorpion loves cosmic justice and comeuppance, making them the perfect match with Super Banette.

The Archer – Super Hawlucha

Each Mega Hawlucha and Sagittarians are constantly putting on a show. Being a Archer personally, the amount of times I’ve called myself some variation of a “playful little entertainer” is countless. The showiest and most obnoxious Mega Evolution, its description even mentions how it “poses to display its strength.” I would do the exact same thing if I had a Mega evolved form, making Mega Hawlucha the most apt Sagittarius counterpart I can imagine.

The Goat – Super Absol

Did you know that a Mega Absol has the ability to predict calamities in advance? That gives the identical energy as a Capricorn, who tends to always believe they’re correct. The thing is, similar to a visionary Super Absol, they often are. It’s also the absolute initial Mega Evolution that players encounter in Legends: Z-A – typical of a Capricorn to join the beginning of the Mega trend.

Aquarius – Mega Chandelure

Detached air sign Aquarius is possibly the non-flame sign that is most like a fire sign – its sister sign is Leo, and there are countless memes about Sagittarius and Water Bearer being chaotic accomplices. Super Chandelure's dual Spirit/Flame category matches seamlessly with this, and the Super Form's general daunting aura is also extremely Water Bearer. If you weren’t already convinced, the Super Form's description says it “absorbs hatred and transforms it into strength.” If that doesn’t perfectly {encaps
